Oreo Truffles

1 box 18 0z Oreos
1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese softened
4-5 oz melted (semi-sweet) chocolate

Crush oreos, (reserve 1/2 cup or so) combine the rest with cream cheese, roll into balls, dip in chocolate, top with reserved oreos. Place on wax paper to cool. I thought these were better cold so I'd say refrigerate.
