Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies-Super good

This makes a HUGE batch...can 1/2 recipe

1 (30 oz) can Libby Pumpkin
3 cups sugar
1 cup of butter flavor shortening
Cream
Mix in:
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Combine:
5 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Add to wet ingredients and mix in 1 pkg chocolate chips
Bake @ 375 11 min

Frosting (good without-great with)
cream:
8 oz cream cheese
3 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter
3 cups powdered sugar
